Get involved in the Day of Giving and be part of the worldwide movement of the #GivingTuesday.
Blockchain in general and cryptocurrency in particular are evolving at a fast pace. With new popular opportunities for users to engage (e.g., DeFi) and new asset classes (e.g., NFTs), the societal relevance of the phenomenon is clearly increasing. In contrast to this, academic research on these topics is still scarce and the current state of adoption unknown – thus an apparent research gap to be bridged.
As part of this year’s Giving Tuesday, we are raising money for a representative survey on cryptocurrency adoption and its use.
What added value do our surveys offer for science, business and society?
- Population surveys help society, regulators and industry stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding and perception of the phenomenon of cryptocurrency – especially how cryptocurrencies are used, by whom and why.
- Our well-founded semi-scientific reports and research papers provide objective information and analyses which deliver a solid basis for social, economic and political decision makers.
We have set ourselves the goal of raising € 30,000 by the end of the year in order to be able to start the new survey at the beginning of 2022. We would be very happy if we could make this goal a reality together. The Giving Tuesday is the perfect opportunity for this.
