DR. INGO FIEDLER

RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Dr. Ingo Fiedler is Affiliate Professor at Concordia University, Montreal, and holds a position at the University of Hamburg. He follows Bitcoins and blockchain since early 2011 and was the first economist to hold a seminar for Masters students on the implications of virtual currencies and blockchain technology.

LENNART ANTE

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Lennart Ante holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and is writing his doctoral thesis on blockchain technology. At the Blockchain Research Lab, he is evaluating the use of blockchain technology across various sectors and is studying the implications and characteristics of cryptocurrencies and their respective markets.

FRED STEINMETZ

Fred Steinmetz holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and works as a research associate at the Blockchain Research Lab. In his dissertation he investigates the disruptive potential of the blockchain technology from an economic point of view.
